Bayern Munich crowned European champions for the sixth time
Kingsley Coman's goal the difference as Bavarians lift first Champions League trophy since 2013
Bayern Munich have been crowned champions of Europe for the sixth time after a 1-0 win over Paris Saint-Germain in the final on Sunday 23 August 2020.
Kingsley Coman scored the only goal of the game in the 59th minute, heading home from close range after Joshua Kimmich had crossed from the right.
It was Coman's second goal in a Champions League final, having also scored for Bayern in their victory over Borussia Dortmund in 2013.
The victory is Bayern's first in the Champions League since 2013, and their sixth overall.
It is also the first time that a German team has won the Champions League since Bayern in 2013.
